Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a detailed financial analysis of the Project Manager’s pre-planned activity methods and activity program, prepare the project budget together with the Project and Department Management;
• Prepare a general plan, macro plan, and micro plan (from beginning to end, monthly or weekly, daily) in accordance with the project documents and the project implementation;
• Work together with the Project Managers and Heads of Structural Units in Project Planning;
• Conduct a price analysis of the project before the contract signing with subcontractors, compare the cost of the work to be done with the financial analysis, report to the Project Management and Finance Department; Control over the project cost;
• Submit the relevant reports to the Company Management in a timely manner to prevent extra-budgetary costs arising during the production process and damages and make proposals for their effective solution;
• Work together with the Project Manager and Engineers at all stages of the project;
• Check the results of the implementation of notes and recommendations given in the project;
• Prepare a relevant report on the progress, status, and scope of the work performed on the project;
• Control over the plan registration of the works done by subcontractors and implementation of the plan;
• Monitor to prevent delays; Regularly monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the project;
• Planning on manpower, equipment, etc. along various stages of the projects;
• Make monthly and weekly reports on the works done to the General Project Manager;
• Establish a database for future tenders, works, and projects according to the knowledge and experience of financial information implemented in the projects;
• Calculation of required materials, machinery, and human resources according to the Construction and Installation Plan;
• Report on the cost based on the designated resources;
• Prepare technical reports on material resources for the work performed;
• Prepare Form 2 in accordance with the estimation documents;
• Prepare weekly, monthly and final reports;
• Calculation of work volume and materials in the projects;
• Perform technical control in accordance with the prepared estimation;
• Prepare monthly technical reports on the project;
• The main workplace will be in the office and will periodically visit the construction area;

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of continuous work experience in the construction field as a planning manager;
• Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent) and Russian (fluent);
• Must be proficient with MS Office applications, applications on budget calculation and AutoCAD (high level);
• Able to have full control overestimation process and make proposals to solve arising problems;
• Knowledge on the current construction standards;
• Excellent business communication, organization, and analytical skills;
• Able to have timely effective work results, also neat, attentive and independent;
• Ability to work well with a team.
